The State Governor, Senator (Prof.) Ben Ayade has lauded the literary prowess and consistency of Chief Victor Effiom, a veteran journalist in Cross River State and the effort put in his latest publication "BOUNDARY IN THE SKY -- THE TRIAL OF EFIK, QUAS AND EFUT."
The Governor who was represented by the Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mrs RoseMary Archibong, made the statement at the Book Presentation held at the Channel View Hotel, Calabar.
His Excellency noted that the title of the Book, BOUNDARY IN THE SKY -- THE TRIAL OF EFIK, QUAS AND EFUT was a paradoxical presentation of the borderless nature of humanity.
He pointed out that the diversities in language, culture and heritage are not meant to create disharmony and chaos but rather to bring out the beauty and strength of our common humanity.
His Excellency commended the agelong peaceful and seamless coexistence of the Efiks, Quas and Efuts and supported the Book Presentation with the sum of N3m.
