CRHA; DENOUNCIATION OF CULTISM AS A PREREQUISITE FOR CONFIRMATION AS COMMISIONERS

The Cross River State House of Assembly, has resolved to peg denounciation of all Cult related activities by Membbers of the incoming State Executive Council, as a condition for their confirmation.
The resolution was riched during Membbers reactions on the floor of the House for the confirmation of the the three nominations of Mr. Asuquo Ekpenyong Jnr, former Commissioner of Finance, Peter Akam Egba fomer Commissioner Commerce and Industries and Barrister Tanko Asang, forwarded to the State Assembly.
Members resolved became necessary following the rampant Cult activities alleged to have taken over every facet of our lives in the the State.
As part of the House resolve, the decision will be forwarded to His Excellency, Sen Prof. Ben. Ayade, along side the consiquential confirmation and as condition for Mr. Asuquo Ekpeyong, Jnr, Commissioner nominee confirmed, Mr Peter Akam Egba, Commissioner nominee, also confirmed as well as Barrister Tanko Ashang. Confirmed.
It was observed that Membbers of the State's Executive Council, after subjecting themselves before the House for screening and confirmations, engaged in unending tussle for leadership of their Wards, Local Government, or even Senatorial Districts, against elected representatives, thereby resulting to the sponsorship of rivary groups,
Members unanimously agreed that all the present nominees as well as subsequent one to denounce cultism in it's entirely publicly.
