FAD MEDIA GROUP; MAIDEN EDITION CROSS RIVER POLITICAL SUMMIT
FAD Media Group, the proprietors of Radio and Television Stations called FAD 93.1 and FAD 360TV with its office in Calabar covering a wider spectrum of viewers across to organised its maiden edition of Cross River Political Summit with the tagged " Elections 2019; every vote must count, towards a free, fair and violence free general elections".
The Summit which is stated to hold on November 21st 2018 is aimed at having in attendance politicans, political parties and all right thinking members of the society residents in the state.
The keynote addresses would be delivered by University Dons such as Professor Akin Oyebode, Prof. Chidi Odinaka, Dr. Austin Nwanze and Professor Ogbuagu.
Also, in attendance are panelist drawn from political parties, Religious groups, security agencies, media organization, traditional rulers, as well as the residents electoral commissioner INEC Dr. Frankland and Briyai, the commissioner of police cross river state, Hafiz Inuwa, Speaker Cross River State House of Assembly, Barr. John Gaul, Chief Okoi Obono Obla, Barr. Eyo Ekpo, Sen. Victor Ndoma Egba, Rear Admiral David Adegbola Adeniran, Ntufam Hilliard Ita, Barr. Venatius Ikem, Mrs. Nkoyo Tuoyo, Sen. Gershom Bassey, HRM. Etinyen Etim Edet Okon among others.
To declare the summit open is Prof. Ben Ayade, the executive governor of Cross River State who also doubles as the special guest of honour, and his deputy Prof. Ivara Esu and top government functionaries.
Stating the essence of the summit, the group manager of FAD Media Mr. Fidelis Duker said the political summit is to enlighten, as well as educate the electorates and other attendees on ways of achieving credible, peaceful and transparent electoral process in 2019.
