There is no doubt that Governor Ben Ayade has done well since he assumed office as governor of Cross River State, therefore he deserves another term.
On his inauguration, the governor set a clear template for his administration to build the State on the pedestal of excellence left by the previous administration.
Accordingly, Governor Ayade admitted inheriting an outstanding legacy which firmly placed Cross River State on the global map of purposeful leadership.
Undoubtedly, under Governor Ben Ayade, there has been a paradigm shift in the development agenda of Cross River State targeted at making the State an industrial hub.
It is in this connection that the governor has continued to enjoy the support and endorsement by political groups across the length and breath of the state.
One of such groups, the voice of central, a conglomerate of youths and political leaders drawn from the central senatorial district of the state was inaugurated to mobilize massive support for the re-election of the governor in twenty-nineteen.
The group had since the third February twenty-eighteen endorsed the governor at a well attended forum at Ikom Local Government Council grounds attended by a number of political big wigs from the district.
Interestingly governor Ben Ayade has stirred the ship of state by providing purposeful leadership in line with his vision of enhancing the fortunes of cross river state and it's people.
According to the deputy senate president Chief ike Ekweremadu, the size of development of any society depends largely on the vision of it's leader.
Clearly, the drive of governor Ben Ayade to expand the horizons of development in cross river state falls within the context of these statement because he has proven himself to be a visionary leader.
They is no doubt that the governor is advancing development in critical areas of industrialization, human capacity building and employment generation for the youth and other citizen of the state.
The endorsement of the governor by the voice of central on February three, twenty eighteen was a clear indication that the governor has done well for the people.
The key actors including the speaker of the state house of assembly, Rt. Hon John Gaul Lebo, members of the assembly from the central senatorial district, commissioners, directors general, special advisers and special assistants all spoke in an unanimous voice to endorse the governor for a re-election.
It was a forum of these political leaders to recount the numerous land marks recorded by the governor and his team, which endeared him to the people of the senatorial district which have vowed to leave no stone unturned for his re- election.
As twenty nineteen draws closer, some political observers specially the PDP family are looking forward to another resounding victory for the digital governor, taking into cognizance his high level of performance into the last three years.
The voice of central which is among the early group's to formally endorse governor Ayade for the second term victory, has a clear-cut mandate to galvanize support for the governor to ensure that he receives the maximum percentage of votes in the 2019 governorship election especially in the senatorial district.
There is no denying fact that, the Central Senatorial District under which the Voice of Central operates has become a critical mid-wife in the emerging political dynamics if Cross River State.
It is reasoned therefore that with the voice of central been the anchor point for political activism in the central senatorial district, politician from the zone under the platform of the PDP can work in one accord to achieve result

Understandably, the group enjoys the support of key political actors in the central senatorial district who have resolved to re-enact the victory of PDP in all elections in twenty-nineteen.
One agrees with the observation of Honorable Hilary Bisong, that after the twenty-fifteen general elections, a lot has gone wrong with the PDP especially in the central senatorial district.
There is therefore the need to rejig the party to make it remain Strong and formidable as the twenty-nineteen elections approach.
The voice of central with very clear-cut mandate and objective to ensure the re-election of governor Ben Ayade should therefore build Healthy relationship within and outside the group, foster unity, build political links and create political Harmony among members of the PDP from the central senatorial district.
Without mincing words therefore, the voice of central becomes a clarion call on all PDP members in the senatorial district to come together to work for the success of the party in all elections.
For the group to realize the task it has set for itself it becomes imperative for members to carry out massive sensitization and mobilization of party members including the electorate especially during the on-going continuous voters registration so that illegible adults can obtain their permanent voters card PVCS.
This is necessary because the voters card remains the only viable weapon for the electorate to install their leader in a democracy.
This is why the citizens should be adequately mobilized to understand the importance of permanent voter card and why those up to voting age of eighteen years must be registered.
There is no denying the fact that Governor Ben Ayade has performed very well since he assumed office as governor of cross river state in twenty fifteen and the sign posts are there for all to see.
It is therefore imperative that support groups like the voice of central are drumming up support for his re-election for another four years to enable him continue his good works for the state. After all, one good term reserves another.
