Hon. Lebo Lebo appeal to DGs and coordinators of all support groups in Cross River State to be on the move in supporting his excellency the award winning Governor of Cross River State in a sleepless fight against this novel virus Covid-19 pandemic .
It is no more news that the world is being invaded by a deadly virus codenamed Covid-19, that is threatening to extinct humanity. This pandemic has so wrestled the world to the extent that her economy is surviving on the tiny string of reserve.
Nigeria on the 27th of February 2020 recorded her lugubrious visit of this plague, and has since engaged diverse contending tactics to stifle, repress and ostracise this crasher guest.
Cross River State, under the leadership of one of the most educated and best GOVERNOR in Nigeria, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade has taken a center table on the fight against this malevolence, terminating the freedom of movement into the state, facilitating the production and free distribution of face mask, inducing over five hundred million naira with other palliatives to ameliorate both the fight and livelihood in the state, inaugurating a task force to implement a no mask no movement policy with vehicular support to ease the implementation of this task.
Sequel to these, The DG of DGs Hon. Lebo Lebo urge every D.G and support group coordinators to further pledge their unalloyed loyalty by buttressing this giant stride efforts of his excellency to keep Cross River and her residents safe. Consequently, all D.G's and support groups should join our Governor to embark on sensitization and awareness campaign to encourage and assist in the enforcement of the no mask no movement policy, constant Washing of hands or the use of hand sanitizers.
Hon. Lebo Lebo beseech all DGs and support groups to wade into the implementation of this very effective policies, and together we will keep this state Covid-19 free.
