PCN; Okweche has describes Hon. Egba Appointment as befitting, thanks Ayade

The Peace Corps Commandant Cross River State Command, Patriot (Dr.) Okweche Dominic has felicitated with the Commissioner for Industry Hon. Peter Egba on his recent appointment, stressing that it was as a result of the confidence  Governor Ben Ayade and the entire Crossriverians had in him.

Commandant made the above statement during the courtesy call at the office of Hon. Commissioner and laid emphasis that " this unique assignment glaringly shows the confidence that Governor  Ben Ayade, and the people of the State have in your ability and capacity to perform, as exemplified by your excellent performance during your first appointment as Commissioner for commerce and industry and to that  effect, it is an honour well deserved because you have distinguished yourself as not only a dynamic commissioner but hard working, development focus for his people and the entire Crossriverians

Dominic also acknowledged the move made by the honourable Commissioner that brought about the official vehicle for the Command. He added that, he rooted through the Commissioner in his first term and brought the sewing of Peace Corps uniform across the country to the Cross River garment factory.  A development that attracted the State Governor,Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade to release the said vehicle.

Finally Okweche wish the commissioner a successful tenure and pledge allegiance and commitment to the success of his new position.

In reactions, the commissioner stated that he is overwhelmed by this friendly visit even though he felt bad that our Bill was declined assent by Mr. President but he still believes and hopeful that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Commissioner Egba added that he will continue to be a friend to the corps and promise to always partner with the command in ensuring there is Peace and harmony between the Corps and the government.
