The Cross River State Universal Basic Education Board (CR-SUBEB) wishes to inform members of the public of its statutory responsibility of administering/running the UBEC Model Junior Secondary Schools located in Akpabuyo, Abi, and Yala Local Government Areas.
These Model schools which have well trained teachers to facilitate teaching and learning are also tuition free. The schools are located in a serene environment with conducive classrooms, adequate boarding facilities, well equipped science laboratories, Sporting facilities, School clinic, Computers and adequate instructional materials, amongst others to enhance effective teaching and learning.
Parents/guardians are to note that the UBEC Model schools operate only the boarding system and therefore do not admit day students.
