I will lead the movement and Revolution to oust Okorocha from Imo Govt.House- Senator Samdaddy
The battle for the Imo State government House grows by the day as Senator sammuel(Samdaddy) Anyanwu declared his readiness to lead the movement and revolution to send Governor Rochas Okorocha and his All Progressives Congress(APC) back to Ogboko in 2019.
The incumbent Senator representing Owerri zone and Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) governorship frontliner in Imo State declared his readiness in the coordinated battle for the soul of imo state while addressing the 685 statutory delegates of PDP drawn from the 137 electoral wards in Orlu zone on Saturday.
He maintained that since Governor Okorocha's emergence in Imo in 2011 was through a movement and revolution that same is required to oust him out come 2019 and that he has prepared himself and has the support of numerous leaders to deliver on promise.
Anyanwu said that PDP is the only party with higher grassroot appeal and structure,and incidentally has suffered much over time owing to wrong actions taken. He insisted that this is the time to get things right with an acceptable candidate as no one can intimidate any member with expulsion and withdrawal of previledges in any disguise owing to disagreements.
Senator anyanwu went-on assuring the delegates from Orlu zone on his wider acceptability across party divide to win the general elections for the party and return activities to the local government system regarded as the breeding ground of tomorrow's Political leaders.
Continuing,the Ikeduru-born senator said that he has never lost elections before and is well prepared for the 2019 elections towards returning Imo state to era of prosperity and coordinated development that typified the period of late Gov.Sam Mbakwe and the Achike Udenwa.
Speakin on the visit of the law maker,the Chairman of PDP in Orlu zone in company of the zonal executives assured the senator of their readiness to work for the Party's good and any candidate emerging from the primaries.He also emphasized that all aspirants are welcome to the zone for consultation or meeting.
The guber hopeful in continuation of his 2019 consultation of Political leaders across Imo State led his Divine Mandate campaign team to meet with some leaders in Owerri-West local government Area including Nze Goddy Chukwu at Obinze who assured him(Samdaddy) of readiness to join his campaign train.
Among leaders in attendance at Orlu zonal consultation were the state treasurer,Bar Josiah Eze, State Assistant Publicity Secretary,Mr Harry Ihebinike,State Assistant Secretary,Mr Njaka Duruiheoma, Zonal Woman Leader,Mrs Uju Agwam,Youth Leader,Comrade Anozie Udenwa, Mr Thankgod Ezeani,Dr Fabian Ihekweme,Mr Tony and Mrs Oyibo Nwaneri,Mr Okey Ezuruike,Mr Denis Okwu,Mr John Bosco Ozigbo,Mr Ifeanyi Oguzie,Dr Ken Uba,Mr Vitalis Ogueri,Mr ChrisAugunus Okoro,Hon Onuora Olumba,Hon Innocent Onwuemenyi and Others.
